If you're planning your senior portraits, there's one super important detail you don’t want to miss: your school’s yearbook photo deadline. Every high school has its own submission date and requirements, and missing it can mean your photo doesn't make it into the yearbook (nooo!).

🎓 Monarch High School (Louisville, CO)

• Deadline: October 31, 2025

• Submission Guidelines:

  • Vertical head and shoulders shot

  • Neutral or simple background

  • No props, sunglasses, or hands

• How to Submit: Usually via images.jostens.com or email to the yearbook advisor

🎓 Centaurus High School (Lafayette, CO)

• Deadline: October 31 2025

• Submission Guidelines:

  • JPEG format, high-resolution

  • Head and shoulders shot, simple background preferred

  • File naming: “LastName_FirstName_2026.jpg”

• How to Submit: Email or direct upload (specific method released by yearbook staff each fall)

🎓 Boulder High School (Boulder, CO)

• Deadline: October 10, 2025

• Submission Guidelines:

  • Headshot or waist-up shot

  • No filters, borders, or text on image

  • Must meet resolution standards

• How to Submit: Via form or direct upload to the yearbook portal (check school's student bulletin)

🎓 Fairview High School (Boulder, CO)

• Deadline: January 10, 2026

• Submission Guidelines:

  • Traditional, vertical orientation

  • No props, hats, or heavy editing

  • Image must fit cleanly in yearbook template

• How to Submit: Upload to designated link provided by the yearbook staff
